Building Hope GH is a registered 501(c)(3) funding scholarships, mentorship and vocational training for students in Ghana.
They were going online for the first time. A real mission, a real track record, and nothing a donor could look at.
For a nonprofit asking strangers for money, the first job is proving you are real. So the site leads with it. Registered 501(c)(3), the EIN on the page, and a direct link out to verify with the IRS. Then the work itself: the scholars, the programmes behind them, and stories from the students.
The homepage asks one question, what do you want to do today, and gives two answers. Give now, or look closer first. Donations, scholarship applications and student sponsorships each get their own route rather than competing for the same button.
It did not stop at the site. I also sorted their promotional flyers and set up their digital meeting run sheets, because the admin was eating time they did not have.
"The site looks incredible, the custom headers grab your attention right away and perfectly highlight our mission for the youth in Ghana. But the best part was how they went the extra mile... It's made our day-to-day admin work so much smoother, and we finally have a platform we are incredibly proud to share with donors."
