Lumigrid Live Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Lumigrid Live ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit https://lumigrid.live (the "Site") or book a call through it.

What I collect

I don't run a store, an account system, or a contact form. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy. What actually touches your data:

• Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights collect aggregated pageview and performance data. Both are cookieless and not tied to your identity.
• Google Analytics 4 collects cookie-based analytics and cross-page behavior.
• Microsoft Clarity records session replays and heatmaps, how you move, click, scroll, and type on the Site, with text inputs masked by default. There are no forms or inputs anywhere on this Site, so there is nothing on it for you to type into.
• Hosting logs. Vercel, my hosting provider, logs standard request data, including IP address, in the normal course of serving the Site, the way any web server does.

Where your information goes

• Calendly, at calendly.com/lumigrid, opens in a new tab, is the only call to action on this Site. Whatever you enter to book a call is collected and processed by Calendly under Calendly's own privacy policy and terms, not by me directly.
• Vercel provides hosting and the analytics tools described above.
• Google and Microsoft provide the analytics tools described above.

I do not sell or share personal information with anyone for advertising purposes, and nobody above is a marketing or ad partner.

What I don't do

• No contact form
• No newsletter or email list
• No accounts or logins
• No payments or purchases
• No advertising or remarketing pixels

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information I hold about you, or to object to how it's processed. Given how little identifiable data this Site collects in the first place, mainly aggregated analytics and standard hosting logs, there is usually very little to act on, but reach out any time using the contact details below and I'll respond.

Children

This Site is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Security

No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps appropriate to a Site that collects minimal information in the first place.

Changes to this policy

I'll update this page when what I collect changes, and update the date at the top whenever I do.
